Terms of Use (EULA)

These terms apply to the Rolling Now app and website, a directory and community for film and photography crew. By creating an account you agree to them. The Apple Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to the iOS app.

Your account

Give your own name, email, phone number and profession, and keep them accurate. Keep your password private. New accounts confirm their email and are approved by an admin before they can browse the Crew directory.

Zero tolerance for objectionable content and abuse

You must not post or send content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, threatening, sexually explicit, violent, defamatory, spam or a scam, that impersonates someone, or that shares another person’s private contact details or content you have no right to share. Abusive users are not tolerated.

Report and block

Every post, comment, message and member can be reported from the ⋯ / Report options, and any member can be blocked from their profile or the conversation. Blocked members can no longer see your posts or comments or message you. Our team reviews reports within 24 hours, removes objectionable content and suspends or removes the accounts responsible.

Your content

You keep ownership of what you post and give Rolling Now permission to host and show it to members in the app. Uploaded videos are removed after 78 hours, post photos after 14 days, and messages after 7 days. You can delete your posts at any time and delete your account in My details.

Ending your use

You can stop at any time and delete your account in the app. We may remove content or close accounts that break these terms.
